EL formulated 10 Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs) grouping into the following four domains:
A.    Attitudes/ Values
1.    LO1: Upholding and respecting humanity, equality, universal ethics, and national principles, values, as well as norms.
2.    LO2: Having Christian values in applying the literary and linguistic sciences, which includes humility, sharing and caring, professionalism, responsibility, discipline, and integrity.
B.    Knowledge
1.    LO3: Achieving a minimum score English proficiency equivalent to level B1 of CEFR.
2.    LO4: Having the ability to explain and elaborate basic concepts and theories of literature, linguistics, and translation.

C.    Generic Skills
1.    LO5: Able to employ critical, analytical, and creative thinking skills in solving problems in the field of  English literature, language and culture, and other related fields. 
2.    LO6: Able to do development or implementation of literary and linguistic sciences and information communication technology (ICT) in accordance to the field of literature, language and culture of English-speaking peoples and ASEAN;
D.    Subject Specific Skills
1.    LO7: Able to comprehend and review various works of literature which, at least, must cover prose, drama, and poetry.
2.    LO8: Able to produce creative works using relevant knowledge and good English language proficiency.
3.    LO9: Able to present verbally or in writing critical, creative, and multicultural ideas and insights in English in various work situations.
4.    LO10: Able to plan, execute, and evaluate a creative project applying multidisciplinary sciences.
